Welcome. These terms cover your use of the AORweb.design website. By visiting or using this site, you agree to them. If you hire me for a project, a separate written Web Design Services Agreement covers that work, and that agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.

1.Who runs this site

2.What this site is

This is a portfolio and marketing site. It shows examples of my work, describes services and pricing, and lets you contact me. Any prices, packages, or timelines shown are starting points and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a specific result. A project becomes official only when we both sign a written agreement.

3.Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

Copy, republish, or resell the site's design, code, text, or images without permission.
Try to break, overload, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Use the contact form to send spam, scams, or anything unlawful.

4.My work and content

Unless noted otherwise, the design, layout, code, graphics, and written content on this site are created and owned by me and are protected by copyright. The demo and client sites shown are examples of my work. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to credit the work, not to imply any endorsement.

5.Links to other sites

This site may link to demo sites, client sites, or outside services such as Instagram. I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of sites I do not control. Visiting them is at your own risk.

6.No warranty

This site is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it accurate and online, but I do not promise it will always be available, error free, or current. Use of the site is at your own risk.

7.Limit of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect or incidental losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website. This section is about the website itself. Responsibility for paid project work is covered by our separate signed agreement.

I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
